EMPLOYMENT NOTICE
Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filing up of the posts of Physical Education Instructors under Sarva Sikha Abhiyan/RTE, Government of Sikkim in the consolidated pay of Rs.10,000/-per month.
Minimum Eligibility conditions:
1. Must have passed Class X from the recognized board with any of the following Sports achievements/Courses:
a) Should have represented the state in the National Games/Senior National Championships in any discipline of sports.
b) Diploma in Physical Education (CPED) from recognized University.
c) NIS (Diploma in Coaching) from the recognized Institution.
d) Must have Sikkim Subject Certificate or Certificate of Identification.
e) Age between 20 to 35 years.
f) Candidates must be physically fit. Certificate to this effect be produced from the registered medical practitioners.
The posts are purely temporary. The Department shall not entertain any claim for regularization of service against the post.
The application along with required certificates/testimonials should be submitted to the Additional Director, Sports & Youth Affairs Department, White Hall Complex, Gangtok on or before 29th March, 2011. The selected candidates shall have to undergo 15 days orientation course at Gangtok to be organized by the Department of SYA.
