Employment notice
The State Health Society invites applications from trained candidates for filling up the following posts under Integreted Disease Surveillance Project (IDSP) on contract basis for a period of one year from the date of appointment. Preference will be given to local candidates.

1. Epidemiologist: Medical graduate with Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine/Public Health/Epidemiology. (such as MD,MPH,DPH,MAE etc) Any Medical Graduate with 3 yrs experience in Epidemiology/ Public Health or MBBS with 3 yrs experience National Programme (NRHM).
2. Microbiologist: Medical graduate with Post-Graduate degree / Diploma (preferebly in Microbiology, Virology, Pathology and other Lab Sciences). Medical Graduate with 2 years ecperience, M.Sc in Medical Microbiology with one year experience in Clinical laboratory Sercvices.
3. Data Manager: Post Graduate Qualification in Computer Science or BE in IT (Electronics with minimum 3 years experience).


Age limit for the aboe categories: 45 years or below as on appointment date. The ducration of written examination will be 3 hrs. Short-listed candidates who secure minimum 40% marks and above in the written examination will be called for viva-voce test. In case, the number of applicants is less than the number of post advertised, candidates would be selected only viva-voce evaluation.

1. Certificate of Post Graduate Diploma/Degree and mark sheet from a recognised institute.
2. Birth Certificate or class X passed certificate
3. Certificate of Identification (COI)
4. Class X mark sheet & Class XII mark sheet and certificate
5. Employment card in case of unemployed candidates
6. SC/ST/OBC/MBC certificate as the case may be
7. No Objection Certificate in case of in-service candidates
8. Two passport size photos.
