Invitation for proposals from reputed NGOs/Voluntary Organization from Sikkim for setting up and running 24x7 Suicide Prevention and Crisis Centre with Telephone Hotlines in Gangtok.

Proposals are invited from reputed registered NGOs/Voluntary Organisation from Sikkim having experience of at least three years in the Health Sector to set up and run a 24x7 Suicide Prevention and Crisis Centre with a Telephone Hotline in the premises of STNM Hospital, Gangtok.

Details regarding terms and conditions can be downloaded from the NRHM website (www.nrhmsikkim.org) or can be collected from the NCD cell, Convoy Ground, Tadong. Proposals along with supporting documents must reach the undersigned by 15^th September 3.00 pm. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be considered. Following receipt of the forms, shortlisted NGOs will be asked to make a presentation for selection committee on a date which will be communicated.

The Health Care, Human Services & Family Welfare Department reserves the right to reject any proposal without assigning any reason whatsoever.
